Driving community awareness for Harbor House through a cars, coffee, and giving campaign.
Harbor House needed to raise awareness and encourage community participation for its Cram the Van initiative supporting Camp Hope. Integral helped shape the social media campaign for a StreetDrip Cars, Coffee & Golf event at PopStroke Winter Garden, turning a monthly community meet into a clear call to give.

Event: Cram the Van at StreetDrip Cars, Coffee & Golf
Harbor House hosts Camp Hope, a stayaway camp where children impacted by domestic violence can experience healing, build confidence, and rediscover hope in a safe, supportive environment .
To help campers get ready for summer, the organization needed support driving awareness and participation for its Cram the Van initiative.
The event had a strong community anchor: StreetDrip Cars, Coffee & Golf at PopStroke Winter Garden. But the campaign needed to do more than announce the event.
It needed to:
Explain what Harbor House does.
Connect the event to the real needs of Camp Hope campers.
Make the ask simple and tangible.
Give the StreetDrip community clear ways to participate.
Build momentum leading into the May 9 event.
Keep the message visible without feeling repetitive.
Recognize partners while keeping the cause at the center.
The opportunity was clear: turn an existing community gathering into a meaningful giving moment.
Integral supported the campaign through social content planning, campaign messaging, creative direction, posting cadence, and results reporting.
The campaign needed to balance emotional purpose with practical clarity.
The messaging focused on a simple idea:
Small, everyday items can help campers feel prepared, supported, and cared for.
Instead of making the campaign feel abstract, the content named specific items people could bring, including games, twin sheet sets, pillows, beach towels, bath towels, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, cooling towels, toiletries, and snacks .
This helped make the ask feel easy and doable.
Not everyone needed to make a large donation.
They just needed to bring something useful.
Integral helped create a steady content drumbeat across 13 posts, leading the audience from awareness to action to appreciation.
The campaign included:
A kickoff awareness post introducing Harbor House and Camp Hope.
Event reminder posts with date, time, and location.
“What to bring” posts listing needed camp items.
“Ways to help” posts offering multiple participation options.
Sponsor-a-camper messaging for those who preferred giving financially.
Final countdown posts near the event date.
Day-of reminder content.
Post-event thank-you and continued support posts.
The campaign also gave supporters multiple ways to act: attend the event and bring items, shop the Amazon wish list, or sponsor a camper through Harbor House .
The campaign had to bring together Harbor House, StreetDrip, PopStroke, and Integral in a way that felt collaborative without crowding the message.
The social copy consistently positioned the event as a community effort while keeping Harbor House and the campers at the center.
StreetDrip gave the campaign a built-in audience.
PopStroke gave the event a clear community location.
Harbor House gave the effort purpose.
Integral helped shape the message so the ask was easy to understand and easy to share.
After the campaign, Integral prepared a results recap analyzing overall performance, strongest posts, engagement patterns, and key takeaways.
The report reviewed views, interactions, and reshares across the campaign and identified the content moments that performed best.
Across 13 posts, the campaign generated:
8,854 total views
272 interactions
50 reshares
The campaign succeeded in building visibility, reinforcing the event repeatedly, and keeping the Cram the Van effort top of mind for the StreetDrip audience.
The Cram the Van campaign did not need complicated messaging.
It needed the right message, repeated at the right moments, with enough heart and clarity to move people from “that sounds nice” to “I can help.”
The strongest posts had three things in common:
They were timely.
They were specific.
They made participation feel simple.
Bring a towel.
Bring sunscreen.
Bring toiletries.
Sponsor a camper.
Show up on Saturday.
That is the power of community-centered marketing: when people understand the need and know exactly how to help, they are more likely to act.
