The Challenge

Peach Orchard Park had purchased three rental properties in Naples, Florida and needed to create a brand presence from the ground up. The business needed more than a logo and a basic website. It needed a clear visual identity, a digital home for each property, SEO-informed content, and a website structure that could help potential guests learn about the properties, understand the location, and inquire with confidence.

The original scope included a brand identity package and a custom WordPress website with booking functionality, payment integration, SEO capabilities, and initial SEO setup. But as the project progressed, the client made a strategic pivot: instead of building a booking platform with payment processing and screening functionality, the site shifted to a lead generation model. That meant Integral needed to adapt the website strategy while still delivering a complete brand and digital foundation.

What Integral Did

Integral led the project across brand identity, website strategy, copywriting, development, and SEO setup. The custom brand identity package included custom logo design, final logo files in SVG, PNG, JPG, and EPS formats, full-color, black, and white logo variations, an icon and favicon, a brand color palette, brand typography, and a mini brand style guide.

Integral developed a custom WordPress website with a responsive, mobile-first design and UX/UI optimization for desktop and mobile. Although the original SOW outlined up to six website pages, Integral delivered 11 total pages, along with website copywriting, content strategy, tone alignment, and SEO-informed writing across the site.

SEO setup included an initial SEO audit and keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and alt text, Google Analytics setup and integration, Google Business Profile setup, Google Search Console setup, sitemap submission and indexing, and basic Organization and Local Business schema markup. Yoast's free SEO plugin was also installed. Integral provided CMS access and basic WordPress training videos so the client team could manage the site after launch.

Results and Impact

Peach Orchard Park launched with a complete brand and website foundation built to support visibility, inquiry generation, and future growth. The POP website officially launched on December 18, one day ahead of schedule. Integral delivered 11 total website pages, exceeding the original six-page scope. The project successfully shifted from a booking/payment platform to a lead-generation model based on the client's updated business direction, and the project vision, objectives, benefits, and deliverables were achieved according to the SOW criteria.

Strategic Takeaway

A website is not just a place to put information. It is a business model decision. Peach Orchard Park started with one digital direction and pivoted mid-project to another. Instead of forcing the original plan, Integral adjusted the strategy to match how the business actually needed to operate. A booking platform and a lead-generation website are not the same thing. For POP, the right solution was not the most complicated website. It was the clearest one.
