Building a professional launch foundation for a new Massachusetts law firm.
Salinas Associates needed a clean, credible brand and website foundation that could support the firm’s launch without overbuilding too early.
Client: Salinas Associates
Industry: Legal Services
Focus: Logo Design / Website Design & Development / Copywriting / SEO Setup / Google Platforms Setup
The challenge
Salinas Associates was in the early stages of launching a new law firm and needed the core assets required to show up professionally online: a logo, website, website copy, basic SEO setup, Google platforms support and setup, and foundational tracking.
The client was also highly budget-conscious.
Rather than investing in a full net-new brand identity or fully custom website build, the project needed to stay focused, efficient, and realistic. The challenge was to create a professional foundation that felt credible and complete, while staying aligned with a leaner scope and budget.
Adding to the complexity, the client provided a significant amount of self-written website copy. The content was strong from a credibility standpoint, but much of it was attorney-centered and process-heavy. The website also needed a stronger client-first layer: copy that helped a potential client quickly understand what the firm does, why it matters, and what step to take next.
What Integral did
Integral led a focused logo and website development engagement designed to give Salinas Associates the right foundation without unnecessary complexity.
The work included:
Logo refresh
We developed a new Salinas Associates logo direction by leveraging the existing Silva Salinas brand elements as a starting point while giving the new firm its own distinct identity.
The goal was not to reinvent the brand from scratch. It was to create a clean, professional mark that felt aligned with the client’s existing visual world while still standing on its own.
Website strategy and structure
We reviewed the client’s initial sitemap, existing copy, and business goals to clarify what the website actually needed to work for a prospective client.
While the original scope included seven pages, the content review made it clear that the site needed a more thoughtful structure. We helped the client separate the website into primary designed pages and streamlined interior/support pages so the project could stay on budget while still giving the site the right user experience.
This structure allowed the most important client-facing pages to receive deeper design attention while the longer, content-heavy interior pages were built using a simpler, cleaner template.
Client-first website copy
We reviewed the client’s original copy and identified where the website needed to shift from “what the attorney wants to say” to “what the prospective client needs to understand.”
Integral drafted missing foundational pages, including the Homepage, main Services page, Contact page, and FAQ page.
These pages were intentionally kept brief, clear, and prospect-focused so they could balance the longer interior pages and help visitors understand:
What the firm does
Who the firm helps
Why the firm’s approach matters
How to take the next step
Website design and development
Integral designed and developed the new Salinas Associates website using a simple, easy-to-manage framework that aligned with the approved scope.
The website was built to be professional, mobile-responsive, clean, and easy to navigate. The goal was not to create a flashy or overdesigned experience. The goal was to create a site that felt credible, organized, and useful for someone looking for legal representation in Massachusetts.
SEO, GEO/AEO, and platform setup
Integral also supported the foundational setup needed to help the site launch properly.
This included:
Basic SEO setup
AEO-informed copy structure
Google Search Console integration
Sitemap submission
Google Analytics 4 setup
Lead form setup and basic tracking
Google Workspace/domain email support
Google Business Profile setup support
The FAQ page was also developed with GEO/AEO in mind, helping answer common questions clearly and giving the website a stronger informational foundation.
Results and impact
The project gave Salinas Associates the professional foundation it needed to move forward with confidence.
Impact included:
A refreshed logo identity for the new firm
A complete website structure built around both credibility and client experience
Clearer, more prospect-focused homepage, services, contact, and FAQ copy
A cleaner path for users to understand the firm’s services and request a consultation
A streamlined design system that balanced budget, function, and professionalism
Foundational SEO, AEO, tracking, and Google platform setup
A clear scope structure that helped the project stay on track and avoid unnecessary budget creep
The engagement fulfilled the original SOW and helped Salinas Associates move from early-stage business formation to a more polished and credible public-facing presence.
Strategic takeaway
A website does not need to be overbuilt to be effective.
For an early-stage business, the right foundation matters more than unnecessary complexity. This project worked because the strategy was honest about the budget, clear about the scope, and focused on what the client actually needed to launch well.
For Salinas Associates, that meant creating a professional brand and website presence that was simple, credible, organized, and built around the prospective client’s experience.
